Ride Loader is a game, not a data business. It doesn’t collect personal information, it has no ads or analytics, and it doesn’t track you.

01Summary

Ride Loader (“the App”) is developed and operated by Midnight Drive-In LLC (“we”, “us”). We do not collect, store or receive personal information from players. Your game progress lives on your iPhone. If you choose to use Apple’s Game Center, Apple handles your scores and Game Center profile under Apple’s own privacy policy.

02Information stored on your device

To remember where you are, the App stores the following on your iPhone only:

  • Your progress, unlocked levels and settings;
  • Your scores and the initials you enter on the on-device high score table;
  • In-game earnings and the items you’ve picked up at the stall.

This information is not sent to us. Like other app data, it may be included in your iPhone’s iCloud or computer backups, which are controlled by you and Apple.

03Game Center

If you are signed in to Game Center, the App submits your scores to Apple’s Game Center leaderboards, where they appear with your Game Center nickname. Game Center is operated by Apple, and Apple’s Privacy Policy applies to it. We do not receive your Apple ID, email address or contact details. You can play without Game Center; sign out at any time in your iPhone’s Settings › Game Center.

04What we don’t do

  • We don’t use analytics, advertising or tracking software of any kind.
  • We don’t ask for your location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone.
  • We don’t sell, rent or share personal information — we don’t have any.
  • We don’t use your play to train artificial intelligence models.

05Purchases

The stall inside Ride Loader uses in-game money that you earn by playing. It does not take real-money payments. If that ever changes, any payment would be handled by Apple through the App Store, and we would update this policy.

06Children’s privacy

Ride Loader is made to be played by all ages. Because the App does not collect personal information from anyone, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

07Keeping and deleting your data

Deleting the App removes its data from your iPhone (and from future backups). Game Center scores are managed by Apple through your Game Center account. If you need help, contact us and we’ll do what we can.

08Your rights

Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA may give you rights to access or delete personal information. Since we don’t hold personal information about players, there is normally nothing for us to provide or delete, but you’re welcome to ask.

09Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we’ll change the effective date above and post the new version on this page.
